Lydia Hirst - Associate Consultant

A management consultant since 1996, after many years in management with Shell Chemicals. She specialises in business improvement, using a variety of Quality Standards and Models to support organisations, mainly: Business Excellence Model, Investors in People, ISO 9000, and Balanced Scorecard. She has worked with organisations from across private, public and voluntary sectors and from micro businesses to multinationals. Lydia has expertise in the use of CaseWise software: a business process analysis and improvement tool, which builds on business process management experience from Shell.

Amongst other projects, she is currently working as an associate of London Excellence delivering a number of Business Excellence Through Action programmes, carrying out Benchmark Index reviews and also having delivered BEST (Business Excellence Skills Today) a leadership programme for smaller organisations.
