A call-centre specialist with wide ranging experience in formulating multi-distribution channel strategic plans, directing implementation to full business launch, contact-center management and conceptualising and implementing performance improvement programmes.

Paul has worked with a number of large financial services companies including Bristol & West, Coventry Building Society and Winterthur Life on the development of large scale call centre operations. In addition, Paul has worked with us on the development of strategy and business plans for the AA.
